Season’s over… and just like that, no more hockey.
No more late-night skates. No more group chats lighting up on game day. No more “one more shift” energy.
Unless… you keep it going 👀 That’s where CARHA Hockey comes in.

10:30pm ice after a full workday?
You’re not fresh, you’re already drained, which is why your first shift feels brutal, so make sure you adjust your schedule accordingly the nights you know you play late.
It sounds obvious, but it’s the stuff we still overlook 😅
→ Eat dinner earlier (not at 9:45)
→ Drink water all day, not just at the rink
→ Don’t show up starving and expect to feel good
→ Coffee ≠ preparation
Do the simple things, and your game feels a whole lot easier.

We’re proud to have supported the 2026 CAN Adapted Hockey Tournament — an unforgettable weekend celebrating hockey & inclusion 🙌🏒
For over 10 years, this charity tournament has brought together youth and adult athletes with autism or other disabilities from across BC to compete in a supportive, inclusive environment. This year, 14 teams and over 200 athletes took to the ice, creating an atmosphere full of energy, passion, and community.
“Not a dry eye in the stands. This weekend meant everything to these families, and we could not have done it without your amazing ongoing support.” — Ryan, Canucks Autism Network
At CARHA Hockey, we’re honoured to support initiatives that make the game more inclusive and accessible for all.
