JJT's youngest powerlifting athlete !๐
At 16 years-old Kenneth began coaching with Jared with the goals of becoming stronger. ๐ช
Not only did Kenneth add strength, his hard work in the gym six days a week brought him to regionals. ๐
Kenneth participated in CPU Western Championships in the sub-junior classic 83kg category where he totalled 510.0kgs.
White lights were beaming for 8/9 lifts and personal records were made. ๐คฏโช๏ธโช๏ธโช๏ธ
โ Squat: 200kg | 440.9lbs
โ Bench: 100kg | 220.5lbs
โ Deadlift: 210kg | 463.0lbs

"I cant stick to a plan." Here is why you can! ๐๐ป
We get it, it's not easy to make a big change in your life. You're breaking old habits while building new ones, so let's start small. ๐
1. Wake up at the same time everyday. โฐ
When you wake up at the same time everyday, you're in full control of the potential opportunities of how you're going to spend your day because you limited other variables of where your time could have been spent elsewhere; like sleeping in. ๐ค
2. Do not ignore what you need to do! ๐ณ
Ignoring what you need to do will not only provoke anxiety but will also serve as a disservice to yourself. When you know you have to get something done today and you get it done, you are paying yourself a rewarding feeling.๐
3. Have a checklist everydayโ๏ธ
It's completely normal to have a lot of things to do each day so prioritize three tasks at the top of the list that is due today. Writing down your day gives you a sense of direction and reinforces positive behaviour each time you check off your list. The beauty of having what is left behind, can always be carried tomorrow! ๐ฏ

We are proud to share athlete 's powerlifting highlights! ๐ช๐ผ
Jonathan is an incredibly hard working 66kg powerlifter who consistently puts in the work to improve. ๐
He almost never misses a training session. He actively seeks feedback and is a pleasure to work with. ๐ค
Together, we have made significant progress, starting from a 387.5kg total in 2022 and now reaching a 467.5kg total in 2023. This is just the beginning of our journey towards even greater achievements.
