At Rhythm & Praise, we’re intentionally creating an experience that nourishes the whole woman: mind, body, and spirit 🤍
That’s why we’re so excited to welcome Lufa Farms as one of our wellness partners.
What began as the world’s first commercial rooftop greenhouse has grown into a movement focused on making fresh, local, responsibly grown food more accessible to communities.
On June 6, attendees will have the opportunity to sample fresh rooftop-grown tomatoes and cucumbers, connect with the Lufa team, and learn more about their incredible mission.
Because wellness isn’t just about movement. It’s also about nourishment, connection, and caring for ourselves well.
