A huge shoutout to Courtney, Kaitlynn, and Jayden, who flew with the Kingston Panthers seconds today in their matchup against the Peterborough Pagans. It was a hard‑fought battle that didn’t fall Kingston’s way, but the spirit of the game was front and centre.

Our Ospreys women continue to show what makes this region special — stepping up for neighbouring clubs, supporting the growth of the women’s game, and keeping rugby thriving across eastern Ontario. We are proud of these three for always leading with heart and community 🦅🤍🖤❤️

Another strong day of rugby at as the Ospreys hosted for Round Two of our exhibition series. Our Women secured the win, our Men put in a huge shift in a tough loss, and both sides showed real intent as we build toward 2026. The socials afterward were top‑tier, always a pleasure spending time with this group. Here’s to more great rugby with Westmount and to a big year ahead for the Ospreys.
