Durham Outrigger Challenge. Paddle harder, train better! 🛶 Part of our training means getting out on the OCs as much as possible. This weekend, some of our crew members, the Rideau Riptides, put that work into action at a 30K relay race on Lake Ontario!We were thrilled to be joined by Rideau Mayhem (aka “the kids”) and Jennifer, who stepped in to round out our crew. Perfect weather, unmatched energy, and an incredible experience all around. ☀️🌊We are already counting down to the next one! 🏁

CanAm’s Montreal is where we put all our hard training to the test. There was rain, hard work, and dancing.

We don’t train for the easy days. We train for race day. The weights, the paddling, the erg, the OC. This is what we live for.

🌧️ 💦 Braving the rain at H2O Open Montreal! What a way to kick off our first festival of the season!The weather threw some serious rain our way, but our crew didn’t skip a beat. Seeing everyone come together, collaborate, and push through as one team made all the difference.So proud of what we accomplished together for this season opener!

Spring Training Mini Camp. From dragon boat to outriggers, we trained hard through sunshine and rain. 💪🚣‍♀️ Every paddle stroke brought us stronger together — building endurance, teamwork, and memories along the way.

Between the hard work came the laughter, team bonding exercises, and of course… pirate boats. ☠️⚓️
