It's starting to get really chilly out side and your girl needed extra motivation for cardio, so I popped on a weighted vest and stepped on the famous "Stair Master".

Everything starts with a decision.
Back in January, I had a conversation with this amazing mama.
She jokingly mentioned how she used to run "back in her days" and gave me the excuse that those days are long gone.
In Adeline's perfect style, I promised her that she will be back running come September.
She thought I was crazy (like most do lol). And here we are at 55yrs, runs 5Ks non-stop with no issues.
Of course, she lost a bunch of weight and gained lot of muscles!
Super excited that I will be sharing some of my pro-tips at our challenge next week.

Can I just say⦠beet juice and trainingšš½šš½
I mean, Iāve always loved anything with beets for other reasons (energy boosting, balancing hormones etc) but then for training, especially anything for high performance or enduranceš„š¤Æ ā¦ā¦pre-workouts or caffeine donāt even come closeš¤·š¾āāļø!

Army Run 2025- 10km. Done and Didā
Some of my fitness friends were asking me; āwhy do you do this?ā
Thereās so many good reasons I couls say but by far the top one is JOY! Itās one of them many things in life that I find joyful. If you know me, you know that if am not having fun I arenāt doing it..Periodš

Cardio!
I always get a little shocked (and try so hard not to roll my eyes) when people say, āI work out, but I donāt do cardio.ā
As a fitness professional, I donāt get it š
Letz be clear : Cardio is for EVERYONE. Iām not saying you have to go run a marathon or sprinting all the time. Cardio can be low impact too ā like walking. It still counts!
Just like I believe health is for everyone, I believe cardio is nonnegotiable in any balanced fitness routine.
