This weekend, U19A Frechette celebrated their season with a team party! 🎉

Their incredible season included:

⭐️ FIRST place in Regular Season
⭐️ Undefeated at Provincials to become TEAM ONTARIO
⭐️ Undefeated at the Eastern Canadian Championships to bring home GOLD

We are thrilled to announce Amy Randell as Head Coach of our U14A team for the upcoming season.
Amy brings over 25 years of ringette experience, having grown up playing in the east end of Ottawa where she developed a deep love for the game. Over the past 6 years she has been an integral part of the West Ottawa coaching community, and we’re excited to see her step into this leadership role.
We can’t wait to see what’s ahead this season under her leadership! ♥️🖤
