RIFT PHIIT Spring Training!
RIFT PHIIT outdoor training starts next Saturday March 14th!
Spring is on its way! It will be great to get outdoors and train together in a small group.
Our program is 8 Saturday sessions of Running Intervals Funtional Training.
Check out our website for more info about our unique training program in the urban environment of centretown Ottawa!
All that we ask is that you can run 5 - 7 km comfortably and be able to stop to perform various exercises along the way.
We also offer dynamic virtual classes such as Kettlebell + Light Clubs + Power Yoga, Hatha Yoga and Strength & Mobility Classes for fitness levels.

Join us for a Kettlebell and Light Club workshop this Sunday December 28th, 8:45 - 11:00am in our BeeHive + Rouge studio! Email us for more info and to register. The cost is $50 + hst. Bring your light Kettlbell and clubs.
We will also be hosting an all levels Kettlebell workshop that will focus on the foundational moves on Sunday January 4th, 8:45 - 11:00am. This is an ideal opportunity for those who are new to a kettlebell practice as well as experienced practitioners who are driven to perfect their foundational moves!
Sunday Dec 28th: Intermediate/Advanced session.
We will warm up with a power yoga flow, followed by a dynamic light clubs series of movements that will promote good mobility in our upper body and hips. Sebastian will review the kettlebell foundational moves before moving us through the complex series of movements that we include in our Friday 7:00am virtual one hour workout.
We are excited to be able to offer a variety of health and fitness workshops in our BeeHive + Rouge studio in the coming months! As always we teach a variety of virtual classes weekday mornings. Our outdoor Rift Phiit interval classes continue Saturdays @ 8:00am. “The Run IS The Rest”

Our next series of Rift Phiit virtual and outdoors starts Monday November 10th!
Our outdoor Rift Phiit interval classes will run November 15th - Dec 27th on Saturdays @ 8:00- 9:00am for 7 weeks. E-mail us to register for a fun and challenging 5-7km run and full body workout!
News Flash! We will be teaching virtual fitness classes from our new vintage studio in centre town!
We have a variety of virtual classes for all fitness levels. For example we offer a 2x per week combination class of Kettlebell, Power Yoga and Indian Clubs. Wed & Fridays at 7:00am for one hour. We lead a thorough warmup of 25 min of Power Yoga & Light clubs, followed by 30 mins of a variety of kettlebell strength and mobility moves. A light Yoga cool down to finish. Rift Phiit Saturday sessions @ 8:00am classes will begin July 19th! Join us for the next 6 weeks of off the wall training that is fun and challenging. We run 6 - 8km within 1.25hrs. Running and chatting in a group is fun but.... the euphoria we feel after completing some full body challenges along the way is fantastic! Yes some Riftors choose to just watch and cheer some of our challenges. No peer pressure, just great Riftor support for each other. Disclaimer: this requires amazing core and upper body strength.
