Thereās always more to a physique than whatās going on on the surface. Most of the time what you see is what we choose and want you to see but the truth is that thereās a lot going on underneath.
Swipe. Read.
Maybe youāll understand the picture a little differently. š

2x Masters Wellness Champion. š„š„
This past weekend, Nat stepped on stage at the Popeyes Classic Natural and brought home 1st Place in the 35+ Masters and 40+ Masters.
And just for a little perspectiveā¦
Nat is 45 years old.
Let that sink in for a second.
Now, as proud as I am of these wins, we arenāt done yet.
Weāre sitting about 12 days out from the Natural Canada Pro Qualifier, so thereāll be plenty of time to celebrate later. Rn, we keep our foot on the gas.
Nat⦠I couldnāt be prouder of you.
Not because of the wins, but because of the athlete youāve become throughout this prep.
You never once looked for shortcuts.
You never made excuses nor did you settle.
Life got busy. Things got hard. There were moments where it wouldāve been easy to back off, but you didnāt. You adapted, stayed locked in, trusted me, trusted the process, and kept showing up.
Thatās why youāre standing where you are today.
I also want to say something that I think more people need to hear.
People think great coaching is about having the perfect diet, the perfect training program, or the coach whoās got the āsecretā or āmagic potionā.
Itās not.
Great coaching starts with a relationship.
It starts with trust.
Because coaching isnāt a dictatorship.
Itās a partnership.
My job isnāt to control your life or make prep harder than it needs to be.
My job is to understand who you are, what your life looks like, where your strengths lie, where youāre holding yourself back, and then build a plan that allows you to become the best version of yourself.
No two athletes are the same.
No two lives are the same.
The best coaches donāt force athletes into their system.
They build a system around the athlete.
From the day Nat and I started working together, that relationship was effortless. Communication was easy. Trust was there. She executed, I adjusted, and together we kept raising the standard.
Thatās how physiques are built.
Thatās how champions are built.
Nat, this is only the beginning.
Iām grateful to be in your coach, and I canāt wait to see what we bring to the stage in 12 days.
Letās go finish the job. šŖ

You donāt just get it.
You have to earn it daily.
Everyone wants to look disciplined.
Very few are willing to actually be disciplined.
Thereās a difference.
The build you want is a byproduct.
The confidence you want is a byproduct.
The strength & resilience you want is a byproduct.
Of who you are daily.
Not who you are when youāre motivated.
Not who you are when itās convenient.
Who you are when:
ā Youāre tired
ā Youāre busy
ā No one is watching
Thatās the standard.
Stop chasing outcomes.
Start building identity.
Because once you become the type of person who doesnāt miss, results arenāt something you hope for.
Theyāre inevitable.
If youāre ready to build that identity ā DM me āIDENTITY.ā

Youāre not stuck.
Youāre negotiating.
Most people donāt fail because theyāre incapable.
They fail because they negotiate with themselves daily.
āIāll start Monday.ā
āIāll skip today, Iām tired.ā
āIāll tighten up next week.ā
āOne wonāt hurt.ā
Thatās how standards erode.
Itās not one big decision.
Itās 20 small ones.
You donāt need more motivation.
You need non-negotiables.
When you remove the option to debate with yourself, everything changes.
Training becomes automatic.
Cardio gets done.
Meals get hit.
Progress compounds.
Discipline isnāt intense.
Itās consistent.
And consistency only happens when the standard is set in stone.
Stop negotiating.
Start executing.
If youāre ready to operate at a higher level, DM me āSTANDARD.ā

Stop glorifying ājust showing up.ā
It was never about that.
Not once have I ever just shown up.
If it were that simple, being strong, lean, and fit would be a given for everyone.
But itās not.
Because this demands what most people arenāt willing to give:
Effort.
Discipline.
Patience.
Relentless standards.
Is it intense?
Yes. It has to be.
I set my own standards. I know what Iām capable of. And I refuse to operate below that.
So no, donāt just show up!
Get after it.
Redefine how you show up.
Raise your standards.
Expect more from yourself.
And if you need help doing that, DM me.
I donāt just hand you a plan and send you on your way.
I coach. I guide. I hold you accountable.
So you build resilience.
So you stack daily wins.
So you stop settling for average.
You owe yourself more.
It starts with a shift in mindset.
Then habits.
Then standards.
Letās raise them.

What actually works (and always has):
If your goal is to build muscle, lose body fat, and stay in shape long-term, the fundamentals havenāt changed.
⢠Progressive overload
⢠Adequate protein intake
⢠Calculated caloric surplus or deficit
⢠Quality sleep, recovery and stress management
⢠Training hard consistently (even when motivation is low)
No hacks.
No trends.
No shortcuts.
Simple doesnāt mean easy.
It means repeatable. Sustainable. Proven.
Most people donāt struggle because they lack information.
They struggle because they donāt apply the basics long enough to let them work.
Do the work.
Be consistent.
Give it time and respect the grind.
If you want a plan built around what actually works and accountability to execute it, DM me.
12+ years of coaching experience.
Real systems. Real results.
Lock in.
