We are closed for the summer! We are open from early September until the end of May. We play every Monday and Thursday evening from 7:00pm to 10:00pm.
Welcome to the Westboro Badminton Club (WBC) Facebook Fan page. WBC has been a long established community club that opened its doors over 75 yrs ago. WBC is a private recreational club and is also a member of the Ottawa District Badminton Association (ODBA). Our season Officially begins SEPTEMBER 16, 2019.
EVERYONE is welcomed that evening, come in for some light snacks and some games and more importantly to see all of our returning and new faces.

Team Westboro is playing in the Mark Grantham at the RA Centre on Sunday, January 5th 8:30am-3:00pm
Abby, Laura, Le Hoa, Linda, Briant, Eng Soon, Kenneth and Patrick.

2018 WBC Mark Grantham Team "B" Flight Semi-finalists.
There were some exciting matches and we had a chance go compete against a top level team.
One of the highlights for me was winning our first round on POINTS 329 - 310. Remember, every point matters.
This year, our team is comprised of crafty veterans and two new faces.
Ladies: Linda Mills (Captain), Laura Clysdale, Helen Thomas and Karen Li
Men: Albert Wong, Briant Won, Eng Soon Yap and Justin Menard.
Thank you Linda for coordinating our entry and for being a steady Captain.
