New year!! Here a few reminders for Zumba class and the gym
-Please don't forget to leave your bags and jackets in the locker room
-Please refrain from using strong scents specially in my class (today in my class someone washed their clothes in too much downy and I couldn't breath!!!)
-Please bring indoor shoes, it keeps our studios clean ☺️
-It's flu season so wipe your equipment after using it!
We want to make it as comfortable as possible. Thanks for pitching in! ☺️

This marks the 7th year we represented Movati at the Salvation Army Santa Shuffle run with a Zumba warm up! The Salvation Army in Canada it's always a blast!

I'm away and won't be teaching my Zumba class. Thank you for supporting me by attending our amazing sub's class. Today's 5:45pm class will be taught by Sylvie, she's an amazing zumba instructor! Go give it a try at Movati Nepean! 💃🕺
