🏒 **The hockey bag smell is real!** 😅

Keep those bags, gear and jerseys fresh by giving everything a good clean, dry and air-out after every practice and game. Because sometimes… fresh air just isn’t enough! 🧼💨

**Take care of your gear—and your teammates’ noses will thank you!** 😄

❤️❤🤍Today, Nepean Minor Hockey joins our community in recognizing Rowan’s Law Day and remembering Rowan Stringer.

Rowan’s story is an important reminder that concussions need to be taken seriously. Players, coaches, parents and teammates all have a role in recognizing the signs and symptoms of a concussion, speaking up, and putting player safety first.

Let’s continue to build a hockey community where athletes feel supported in saying when something doesn’t feel right and where when in doubt, we sit them out.❤️❤🤍

🧡 **National Day for Truth and Reconciliation**

On September 30, **NMHA honours the Survivors, children, families, and communities impacted by the residential school system** and recognizes the importance of listening, learning, and continuing the journey toward reconciliation.

We encourage all NMHA members to **wear orange** as we come together to remember, reflect, and show our support.

🧡 **Honour. Learn. Support. Move Forward Together.**
**Every Child Matters.**
