OGC is pleased to announce the appointment of our former Technical Director and High Performance Coach,  Mélanie, of Mélanie Major Coaching Inc., as Technical Consultant.
In this consulting role, Mel will work closely with the club’s leadership to help build, strengthen, and restructure our competitive programs. Her extensive experience, technical expertise, and longstanding commitment to OGC make her an invaluable resource as we continue to enhance our athlete development pathway and position our competitive programs for long-term success.

🌟Athlete Spotlight🌟

Congratulations to our Level 10 athlete, Dalia Weisz, on an incredible opportunity to attend the University of New Hampshire High Performance Camp!

Over three action-packed days, Dalia trained in a high-performance environment while learning from outstanding clinicians and NCAA coaches. The camp offered valuable technical training, new perspectives, and a firsthand look at the collegiate gymnastics experience.

A special highlight was seeing one of OGC’s own alumni, Cléante, now a student-athlete at UNH, return as a dance and choreography clinician. It was inspiring for Dalia and the other athletes to learn from someone who once trained at OGC and is now competing at the NCAA level.

We’re so proud of Dalia for embracing every opportunity to learn, grow, and challenge herself. Experiences like these help shape confident athletes both in and out of the gym.

Way to represent OGC ( Ottawa and Canada) Dalia! We can’t wait to see you bring everything you’ve learned back to the gym. 💙🤍

We've got sessions for everyone, from beginners to competitive gymnasts, led by our passionate coaches who are ready to help you reach your goals.     •    Free Coach Training: Get hands-on, professional experience at our Westboro facility (294 Elmgrove Avenue, Ottawa) throughout July/August.. We offer flexible summer hours so you can still enjoy your vacation!
    •    Free NCCP Certification: We will fully fund your official National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP) course—a major resume booster that opens doors across Canada.
    •    Paid Employment: Graduation from this program makes you eligible for year-round employment coaching our seasonal classes and/or camps.

📝 The Simple Requirements
To apply, you just need to meet the following criteria:
    •    Be 15 years old by September 1st.
    •    Be willing to attend in-person training at our Westboro facility.
    •    Be fully available over the long weekend (September 5th–7th) to complete the NCCP course.
    •    Provide 2 character references (teachers, coaches, or family friends who can vouch for your awesome attitude).
