❤️ THANK YOU, COACHES ❤️
Behind every gymnast are coaches who do so much more than teach skills.
They notice the small victories.
They know when to push a little harder and when to simply listen.
They help athletes through the difficult days, celebrate the breakthroughs, build confidence, and teach resilience.
Coaching is about connection, trust, encouragement, patience, and showing up — day after day.
To all of our OGC coaches, thank you for the time, energy, knowledge and heart you give to our athletes and families. ❤️
iCoach — there is no app for that.

Looking for something active to with your toddler this fall?

OGC has a few openings remaining in our tall & small and preschool gymnastics programs. They’re designed to give little ones a chance to climb, balance, jump and explore while developing confidence and key fundamental movement skills.

We have weekday daytime options available, which can be particularly great for parents on parental leave, grandparents/caregivers and families with flexible schedules.

I’m Mike, the Recreational Program Manager at OGC. If you’re unsure which program would be appropriate for your child, feel free to ask me here and I’ll happily help navigate you in the right direction.

I am happy to offer you a trial opportunity, taking care of our families is something we take great pride in.
