🔈 Calling all OGC athletes! Applications are officially OPEN for the Sue and Jerry Miall Athlete Scholarship! 🤸

This $500.00 scholarship assists a current Ottawa Gymnastics Centre athlete in their pursuit of post-secondary education. We are looking for a deserving student-athlete who demonstrates outstanding leadership, academic success, and a strong contribution to the OGC community.

Eligibility & Requirements:
✨ Competed at the Provincial or National level with OGC during the 2025-2026 season.
✨ Resident of Ontario or Quebec.
✨ Accepted to or attending a recognized post-secondary institution or accredited 1-year program.
✨ Completed application form including: proof of enrollment/acceptance , academic transcripts, a coach's letter of support, and a short essay about your club involvement.

⏰ Deadline: Monday, June 15th, 2025 at 12:00PM

🎉 The recipient will be announced at our End of Season Awards Banquet on Thursday, June 25th at Sala San Marco!

Our MAG athletes just wrapped up an unforgettable weekend at the Eastern Championships in New Brunswick, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with their performance!

From nailing the landings to showcasing incredible sportsmanship, these boys put all their hard work on full display. Competing against the best in the region is no small feat, and they rose to the challenge. 🤸‍♂️💪

A massive shoutout to our dedicated coaches who guided them every step of the way, and to the parents for being the ultimate cheering squad.

It was a true honor to receive an official scroll from our local representative to mark 6️⃣5️⃣ incredible years. Having you hand-deliver this recognition made it feel even more special.

At the 🍋🍹2nd Annual Lemonade Spash🍹🍋Our level 2's competed for the first time and brought home a total of 15 medals! But more importantly coach Andrea and Chelsey (pictured with her coach prize on the podium!) want to commend their athletes' effort, sportsmanship and determination; they stayed calm, cheered for each other and other teams and learned how to compete and persevere through mistakes and falls.

Our Xcel's are approaching the end of their competitive season and showed up with upgrades, improvements, and positive attitudes that paid off! Congrats on winning the TOP TEAM AWARD!

We can't believe that it's already time for the new season! Our upcoming competitive gymnastics assessments will take place on:
• April 25th - Xcel & WAG Developmental
• May 1st - MAG
• June 6th - Xcel

Assessment dates will vary depending on your athlete’s discipline and program.

📝 Registration opens April 16th at 5:00PM and spots are limited, so be sure to secure your place early!
