 so naturally, we’re bringing adult supervision. 😂

Shihan Shawna, Shidoin Josh, Renshi Nick, Renshi Mike, and Sensei Carlotta will be representing Manotick & Arnprior Martial Arts—appropriately supervised by Mrs. Lexi!

Her responsibilities include keeping us organized, making sure nobody wanders off, and reminding us that “one more seminar” is not a reasonable excuse to miss lunch.

However, supervision may be temporarily suspended when Georges St-Pierre enters the room. đŸ€©

Mrs. Lexi is VERY excited to train with GSP. We’ve been told the rest of us are welcome to come along, provided we don’t embarrass her. No promises. 😂

With GSP, Alain Moussi, Rigan Machado, and so many incredible martial artists there, it’s going to be a weekend of learning, laughs, and bringing fresh ideas back to both dojos!
