Hers's a short video of Master Lal & G**o Chris at Ferrer Martial Arts working on their Kali drills. In the video, you will see them start off with sambrada and quickly break-in using punyos (butting), and play on the inside with punyos flow.

Today, many members of AMA will be travelling to Toronto for the Weekend, hosted by the Academy of Integrated Martial Arts. This will be a busy weekend of testing, & seminars, colour belt promotions, a celebration of Senior Master Vic's 50th anniversary in the martial arts, and a gathering of IMSF members. Safe travels and good luck to all participants!

Reminder that all classes will be cancelled tomorrow (Saturday) - regular classes resume on Monday.

After more than a year, our patient Kali Disiplinados tested yesterday for their new levels 🇵🇭🇨🇦 congratulations to all those who achieved their ranks 👏🏽
