Founded in 1981, we are a bunch of 35 and Over rugby guys based in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada playing games and tournaments from May to October each year.

A great day of Box 7s in Maxville, shared with our friends from Cornwall and players from a few other clubs. Plenty of contact, and the right kind of finish to the inaugural Masters division.

It’s that time of year when we play 7s—or at least our version of it, on a 22 × 46-yard pitch. Less sprinting, more contact, and even more arguing about hands in the ruck.
Yes - The Senators are back at the Nate MacRae Memorial Box 7s Tournament, now in the inaugural Masters Division at the Glengarry Highland Games in Maxville, Saturday, August 1.
