Great experience at the Taekwondo Ontario Kyorugi Training Camp #2! 🥋
Thank you to Taekwondo Ontario for organizing, to all the athletes and coaches for their dedication, to Black Belt World for the use of their beautiful facility, and to Master Carla and Master Radomir for leading the training.

🥋✨ Congratulations ✨🥋
We are incredibly proud of all of our students who achieved this important milestone in their taekwondo journey. From earning their black belt to advancing to 2nd Dan, each promotion represents years of dedication, perseverance, discipline, and hard work.
The day was filled with excitement, joy, tears, challenges, and unforgettable moments. Our candidates also completed a 5 km run, demonstrating the determination and resilience required to reach this level.
One thing we hope our students never forget is the incredible support they receive from their families throughout the ups and downs of life. Behind every martial artist is family member who drove them to class, encouraged them through difficult days, celebrated their victories, and believed in them every step of the way. Without the love, sacrifices, and unwavering support of family, achievements like these would not be possible.
We are equally grateful for the amazing Capital Taekwondo community. The friendships, mentorship, encouragement, and genuine care shown by our instructors, students, and families create something truly special. Together, we celebrate successes, overcome challenges, and support one another just like a family.
At its heart, taekwondo is about more than kicks and belts, it is about character, respect, perseverance, and the relationships we build along the way.
Congratulations to our amazing students on your new achievement! This is a new beginning, and we are honoured to be part of your journey. A celebration of believing in yourself, trusting the process, overcoming challenges, and recognizing just how far you have come. Take a moment to celebrate yourself and be proud of everything you have accomplished, you have earned it!

Medals shine… but this shines even brighter 🇨🇦
Watching Team Canada come alive to cheer on their teammates, that’s what high performance is really about.
Not individuals…a unit.
Not moments…a culture.
One team, one flag, no matter which province you come from…showing up for each other, every point, every round, every loss, every victory.
Love the spirit 🤍❤️🤍

Nikola delivered an incredible performance at the 2026 Junior World Championships in Uzbekistan, competing among the top athletes in his division.
Having just turned 15, and in his first year as a junior, he faced a top contender and showed exceptional composure, resilience, and heart, securing the win in the final seconds of an intense and high-level match.
After taking an awkward hit to the head, Nikola refused to back down. He fought through adversity, landing a spinning kick to the head for 6 critical points to get back into the round, then adding another 3 points in the final moments to secure the victory in two rounds.
Unfortunately, following a medical examination, Nikola was advised to withdraw from the competition due to a suspected concussion, forfeiting his place in the Round of 16 among the top athletes in the world in his weight division.
While this is not the outcome we had hoped for, health and safety always come first.
Moments like these remind us that true success is not only measured in medals, but in courage, resilience, and character.
We are incredibly proud of Nikola and Master Radomir, as his father and coach, for their discipline, strength, and the way they represented Capital Taekwondo and Team Canada on the world stage.
The future is extremely bright. This is only the beginning.
Now we continue to cheer on Team Canada 🇨🇦, with Master Radomir having the honour of coaching three more athletes in the coming days.
