Off ice registration is open!
Off-ice training plays a critical role in helping skaters develop the physical skills needed to excel on the ice. Programs focused on strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, endurance, movement quality, and artistry help skaters improve jump technique, skating skills, overall performance, and injury prevention. Many of the skills developed in off-ice classes translate directly to greater confidence and success on the ice.
To help our athletes maximize the benefits of these programs, we recommend:
⛸️STAR 2-4 skaters to register for at least one off-ice program.
⛸️STAR 5 and higher skaters to register for a minimum of two to three off-ice programs, depending on their individual training plans and goals.
Register now on our website!
