Ride like a Girl - Coach Profile: Sofia Damm
“I’ve been passionate about BMX since I was a child - there’s always been something special about it. The freedom of riding a bike. In 2010 that love came full circle when I started racing alongside my three kids. Now that I am coaching, I love supporting young riders - especially girls - helping them build confidence, skill, and a lifelong love for the sport.”

In partnership with Next Play - Women in Sport Nepean BMX is excited to be offering a women and girls-only clinic - run by women coaches.
This 4-week series will run on Tuesdays from 5:30 - 6:30 pm at Nepean BMX:

Registration is $40 and includes:

🚲 5 free gate practices AND 5 free races
This clinic is open to women and girls (and those who identify as women) of all ages and all proficiencies. Whether you are new to the sport or a seasoned racer, we want to bring women and girls together to help build and grow a community of female bmx riders.
