We are still planning for tonight's event #3. HOWEVER, the possible change in weather will be a game time call. Join us anyway. We still have watermelon and Popsicles. The route is changed to enable 2 passes at the water station.

It is a tight race for the t-shirt quilt draw.
To date, there are 30 eligible people.
Keep your streak going.

Cider Winders 5K is set for July 22. A great evening run and social, with significant draw prizes, post race recovery and souvenir CW5K glass. T-shirts are optional. AND, all runners are eligible for the draw for a custom t-shirt quilt.

The DSYTC is a non-profit, live-in, community-based agency dedicated to helping youth (13 to 21 years) & families across Ontario overcome substance use and related issues & to achieve a healthier lifestyle.

The Cider Winders 5K is pleased to partner with the DSYTC to help raise funds for the incredible work they do. The Rotary Club of West Ottawa is matching donations from the CW5K event. Please consider making a donation when you register for July 22 Cider Winders 5K.
