Amped Sports Lab and Ice Complex Ottawa's Premier Hockey Training Facility for Elite Level Athletes. Train | Play | Recover

Amped Sports Lab and Ice Complex is a one-stop facility for athletic skill development, training and treatment. We are a science-based facility that takes the most current research from the areas of exercise physiology, motor learning, injury rehabilitation and educational theory, and mixes it with the best knowledge and experience in the hockey, physiotherapy and fitness training worlds. This is the Amped way: we offer structured on-ice hockey programs for all ages of player in our Ice Complex, and in the Sports Lab we house a gym/skating treadmill/training facility that runs strength and conditioning programs for players, plus class offerings that will keep their parents fit, too. To deal with the injuries that result from an active life, we have our top of the line physiotherapists, trained in manual therapy, sports physiotherapy, exercise science and movement-based treatments to analyze your problem and help you return to your sport as quickly as possible, with smart solutions.

Does your team train at AMPED? 🏒

If not, what are you waiting for?

We work with teams across Ottawa to build faster, stronger, more game-ready players, together.

Bring your team to AMPED this Fall. ampedsportslab.com

Want to actually get better? Not just show up, get better?

That takes more than group practice. Private and semi-private training puts you one-on-one with a coach who's building a plan around your game specifically, not the team average.

That's where the real development happens.

Invest in your training. Invest in yourself.
