H365 Adult Development Club: Practice & Play! 🏒

We had so much fun coaching these players for 25 mins while doing drills, then watching everyone practice what they just learned in a game to finish off the session! (as you can see from the photos, our coaches are all smiles being on the ice teaching you all)😄

We had an experienced defensemen try goalie for the first time ever in this session!

The culture keeps getting better and better each week, thank you everyone for making these sessions a great Friday night of hockey!

Looking forward to working with you all again soon (some tomorrow)!

Minor Hockey Tryout Prep and Conditioning Schedule! 🏒

Get ready for tryouts and stay ready throughout the process!

Our Tryout Prep & Conditioning sessions challenge players and goalies to push themselves, sharpen their skills, and build the conditioning they need to perform at their best.

Along the way, our coaches will work with athletes on the skills, habits, and knowledge that can help them navigate the tryout and sort-out process with confidence, compete, and a better understanding of what coaches are looking for.

Whether your tryouts are coming up or already underway, we’ll help you stay sharp, work hard, and be ready for the next skate.

Spots are limited to 12 players & 4 goalies to allow us to give each athlete feedback for best results!

Congratulations to the Sibling Rivalry Zoé & Alexandre (The Fruit Guy) who were the two players chosen as MVPs for the Adult Development Club: Practice & Play on Friday!🏅

These two have been out every week since we officially launched the Practice & Play! Their love for the game is unmatched. The rivalry these two have on the ice is so fun to watch, this rivalry is what pushes themselves to be better and just have fun playing hockey together !

Thank you Alexandre again for bringing your elite level snacks, post game snacks always keep the vibes high and we appreciate your generosity !

Work on your puck handling skills 25-30 mins a day or even a few times a week, following this routine and watch the difference on ice! 🔥
