Barrhaven Tennis Club The club is run by a volunteer executive under the auspices of the Community Services branch of the City of Ottawa.
A range of activities is offered to suit everyone's tennis needs, level and age. We offer social tennis nights, house leagues, competitive leagues, tournaments and special social events. In addition, the club hosts various children's camps throughout the summer. Tennis is offered at the Barrhaven Tennis Club at an incredible value. There are no additional court fees
We are one of the largest public tennis facilities in Ottawa, and have 8 lighted plexipave courts for day and night enjoyment.

A reminder that the Barrhaven Tennis Club Spring Cleaning day is this coming Saturday starting at 9am. We hope that you can drop by to give us a helping hand (please see more details below).
Also, if you haven't already, don't forget to renew your 2026 membership. You can find instructions on our website.

On April 25th starting from 9am, we need your help with opening the club and putting up nets so we can all start hitting some balls around. We'll be
- cleaning the courts from the winter
- putting up the nets
- rolling out the windscreens
- cleaning the club house
- putting out the chairs, benches, garbage cans
The Barrhaven Tennis Club is strictly run by volunteers - so we need your help in getting the club ready for the season. We strongly encourage you to come out so that we can complete the tasks quickly.
This is also a great opportunity for high school students who are looking for volunteer hours.
Please email [email protected] if you are able to volunteer. Don't forget to bring extra twist tie cutters, rakes, and large brooms. Remember, the quicker we can get the club ready, the quicker we can all start playing tennis !!
