Today we had the pleasure of welcoming Senpai Marla Salonin, 2nd Dan, from West Island Karate to our dojo!
She was an absolute pleasure to have with us kind, positive, and full of incredible energy. The kind of energy that inspires everyone around her! 💪🔥
Every opportunity to train together helps us learn, grow, push our limits, and become stronger. Different dojos, one Kyokushin family, one spirit!

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT
There will be NO KARATE CLASSES on Friday, August 14 and Saturday, August 15, 2026.
Our instructors and team are heading to Montreal for a Shinkyokushin Karate Seminar & Training Camp!
We’ll be back next week stronger, sharper, and full of new energy, knowledge and motivation to bring back to our students!
