Our Rugby 101 session is open to everyone and no previous rugby experience is required! Whether you’re completely new to the sport or just looking to brush up on the fundamentals, we’d love to have you out for a fun evening of rugby!

What to bring: Water bottle. Cleats are preferred but outdoor running shoes are okay!
What to wear: Activewear

The Ottawa Wolves RFC are two-time Amanda Mark Cup champions and brought the cup home to Ottawa after four unforgettable days of rugby in Brisbane, Australia.

We couldn’t be prouder of the pack and their incredible success on the international stage. They showed up for each other, played with purpose, kept pushing forward and represented both the Wolves and Canada with pride.

Congratulations to all players, supporters and staff who played a part in bringing the cup back home. 🇨🇦

Congratulations to the Armada Wolves on your performance at the Bingham Cup in Brisbane, Australia! We are incredibly proud of the grit, determination, camaraderie and team spirit that was demonstrated last week on the pitch. What this team showed on and off the pitch goes far beyond the final score.
