We’re excited to welcome back Mees Keuning to Summer Lake Camp 2026 🇳🇱🌊

Originally from the Netherlands, Mees brings high-level European and international water polo experience to this summer’s camp. His experience competing and training within the Dutch water polo system brings a unique perspective and style of play that campers will have the opportunity to learn from throughout the week.

After a great experience with our athletes last summer, we’re excited to have Mees returning for the 10th edition of Summer Lake Camp and continue building an unforgettable experience for everyone attending this year ☀️

We’re excited to welcome back Jessica Gaudreault to Summer Lake Camp 2026 🇨🇦🌊

Jessica has represented Team Canada on the international stage for over a decade, competing at the Olympic Games, World Championships, Pan American Games, and World League events. Widely recognized as one of Canada’s top goalkeepers, she continues to inspire the next generation both in and out of the water.

As a WAVE alumni and coach, Jessica has remained closely connected to the program and continues to play an important role in athlete development within our club.

We’re excited to have her back as part of our 10th annual Summer Lake Camp this summer ☀️

Zelma is a U20 Women’s World Champion gold medalist representing Hungary and will be joining us as a special guest at this year’s 10th edition of Lake Camp.

Competing at the international level and representing one of the top countries in the world in women’s water polo, Zelma brings incredible experience, passion, and energy to this summer’s camp environment.

We are proud to continue creating unique opportunities and unforgettable experiences for our athletes both in and out of the water.

To our graduating 2008 athletes — thank you.

Two weekends ago, our 18U Girls and 18U Boys wrapped up their club careers at National Championships, finishing 5th and 7th in the country.

What a journey it has been.

This group helped shape the culture, identity, and standard of our program over the years. Through late evenings, long weekends, difficult losses, unforgettable wins, countless road trips, and years of commitment to each other, they represented WAVE with pride every single step of the way.

More importantly, they grew into incredible young adults, teammates, and leaders.

To our athletes, coaches, and families — thank you for everything you have poured into this generation. We are incredibly proud of the people these athletes have become and excited for what comes next for each of them.
