This weekend we welcomed many athletes, families and coaches to Twin Elm Rugby Park for the first time (or for their first time in many years) and the feedback has been incredible and it’s all because of the countless hours of work from our organizing committee and the hard work of volunteer parents, players, and alumni to put together such a special day.

Thank you to everyone across the EORU who helped out, whether you helped keep the parking lot organized, lined fields, flipped burgers, or took photographs, your support made this possible.

This weekend was nothing short of incredible and we’re so proud to have hosted! Congratulations to all the teams who participated and we look forward to welcoming you back someday!

MEN’S 2XV...CHAMPIONS! 🏆

Congratulations to our Men’s 2XV on capturing the Men’s Championship on Saturday!

The lads travelled to Brockville to take on the undefeated Privateers and came away with a huge win to cap off the season.

What makes this one even more special is that many of the players were competing in their first season of senior men’s rugby. A championship, a ton of experience gained, and a strong foundation to build on for the future.

Our Women’s 1XV are on the road to Brantford to take on the Kingston Panthers in the OWL Championship Final. The mission is simple: defend the title and go BACK-TO-BACK.

Our Men’s 2XV are also hitting the road, heading to Brockville for the Division 2 Final. One more job to finish.

Our Men’s 1XV closed out their season last night against the Ospreys. It wasn’t the game the boys wanted to be playing in, but the pieces are there, the foundation is being built, and the work toward next summer has already begun. We’ll be back ☘️

Best of luck to the Women’s team and Men’s 2XV. Bring it home. 🏆

The Rugby Ontario Junior Provincial and Regional Cup championships are taking place on August 22 at Twin Elm Rugby Park. Twin Elm Rugby Park is excited to welcome over 2500 expected guests on the day to the venue, but to host an event of this size we need help from the greater rugby community to make it work!

To make this event happen we need volunteers to ensure the day runs smoothly. We need everything from general volunteers, parking lot attendants, field managers, photographers, and more!

We’re asking any and all available volunteers to help with a 3 hour shift. Volunteers will get a tournament t-shirt and a meal, as well as high school volunteers hours to work toward their graduation requirements.
