As the world outside turns a vivid, electric green, it’s easy to feel that same surge of energy within ourselves. In the yogic tradition, spring is the season of Prana (life force) in its most expansive form. We are waking up, reaching out, and moving faster.
However, with all that upward and outward growth, it’s very easy to feel a little unmoored. This month, our practice is all about balanced expansion. While we honor the urge to grow and bloom, we’re also going to focus on the roots that keep us steady.
