February at is an invitation to beat the winter blues—not by pushing harder, but by tending more deeply. 🤍
This month also marks our 28-day Yoga Challenge, a gentle yet powerful commitment to show up for ourselves daily, even when motivation wavers. Especially then!
From a numerology lens, February 2026 carries themes that feel especially alive to me:
✨ 10 – the nervous system: resilience, regulation, and our capacity to adapt
✨ 8 – the breath: vitality, balance, and life force moving freely
These themes land close to home. Last November, I faced a health challenge that surprised even my medical teams with how quickly I recovered. Again and again, I was asked, “What are you doing?”
The answer was simple, but not easy: daily yoga, meditation, and breathwork.
Not as a fix.
Not as a guarantee.
But as daily practices that helped my nervous system stay regulated, my breath stay steady, and my body stay receptive to healing.
This February, my teaching is rooted in that lived experience. We’ll focus on:
• nervous system care
• conscious breath
• steady, nourishing movement
• and the power of preventative practice—doing what we can, consistently, to support our health before we react to crisis.
Yoga isn’t just what we turn to when something breaks. It’s how we keep ourselves as well as we can, for as long as we can.

From April 16–19, 2026, we’ll gather at the beautiful Northern Edge Algonquin Nature Retreat—surrounded by forest, fresh air, and the quiet wisdom of nature. Together we’ll unplug, slow down, and reconnect through daily yoga, meditation, movement, and deeply healing sound immersion experiences.
