Join us for Pilates every Wednesday at 7 pm this summer.

Pilates is a series of exercises performed on the floor using gravity and your own body weight to provide resistance. The exercises improve posture, balance, and coordination. Leave the class feeling taller and stronger.

Sivananda - Every Sunday in June, 7:00 - 8:30 am

Join Saif in a 90-minute Sivananda class.

Sivananda combines elements of Hatha and Vinyasa to include dynamic movements and static postures and frequent relaxation between poses.

You will experience an unhurried and mindful mood during and after the practice.
