Our Youth & Teen Fitness Summer Session is back starting June 8 at Love Your Body Fitness!

These classes are designed to help kids and teens build confidence in themselves and in the gym through fun, supportive, coach-led training.

Whether they’re involved in sports, brand new to fitness, or just looking for a positive environment to move this summer — this program helps them develop strength, coordination, resilience, and healthy habits that last far beyond the gym.

🧒 Youth Fitness (Ages 8–14) – Wednesdays at 6:00 PM
👩‍🦱 Teen Fitness (Ages 12–16) – Wednesdays at 7:00 PM

That’s why we created our Specialized Teen Semi-Private Training Program (Ages 12–16).

This isn’t just random workouts or a typical summer camp.

Each week is intentionally designed around a different area of athletic development — helping teens learn real movement skills in a supportive, coach-led environment.
