The results are in, and The Early Bird event got two thumbs up (don't risk riding with no hands to show us that second thumb).

We had great weather, big smiles, and lots of spectators on course all day. Thank you to everyone to came to spend their Saturday with us at the race.

Our Race Director, Adam Kourakis, saw this on his watch during the Early Bird Triathlon. But, how can he complain when everyone else did an actual race that day??

Early Bird bib pickup is TOMORROW from 3pm–6pm at Carleton University, Parking Lot P7.

Here’s your chance to:

✅ Take part in our in-person orientation sessions (4pm & 5pm)

The Early Bird Event is this Saturday, and here are some last minute reminders.

The transfer deadline is TODAY at 6pm. If you need to change races, or defer to a future 2026 race, email [email protected] before the deadline.

Bib Pickup is Friday from 3pm to 6pm, at Carleton University, P7. You can also pick up your bib on race morning, anytime after 7am.

To be race-ready, make sure you watch the Virtual Orientation and read the Athlete Handbook on the website. It has all the up-to-date info!
