Finally completed my Torii gate, I think it's a neat way of displaying my Itosu Kai accomplishments, my next one I'll be using it for photos and memories of friends I made along the way!

We finally found a home for our new club, we will be training at 194 Fourth Ave, Ottawa ON. We are very excited and thankful to Blessed Sacrament Church for hosting us, it's located between Bank and Bronson. Classes will be held on Monday nights until Xmas, starting November 24th 7pm and 9pm then starting in the new year, classes will run on Mondays and Wednesdays between 7 and 9.

For new students that want to try Karate, you can try a couple of free introductive classes to see if it's something you want to pursue, if interested please RSVP with me at [email protected]
