Itosu-Kai Karate - Ottawa

We finally found a home for our new club, we will be training at 194 Fourth Ave, Ottawa ON. We are very excited and thankful to Blessed Sacrament Church for hosting us, it's located between Bank and Bronson. Classes will be held on Monday nights until Xmas, starting November 24th 7pm and 9pm then starting in the new year, classes will run on Mondays and Wednesdays between 7 and 9.

For new students that want to try Karate, you can try a couple of free introductive classes to see if it's something you want to pursue, if interested please RSVP with me at [email protected]

Congratulations to all the students from the Long Sault Karate Club that ranked and were promoted to their next belt! You all did amazing and I'm very proud of being part of your journey!

We are hosting an open house event on Sunday October 5th to introduce and demo Itosu Kai Karate to new potential students. It's a free event open to all ages. The event is being held at Longfield Davidson heights secondary school room 168, 149 Berrigan Dr, Nepean, ON K2J 0J4. Regular Classes will start the week of October 20th and will be held twice a week. Please send me a message for any questions or to reserve a spot. Being a non for profit club, we have very reasonable monthly rates for individuals and families. We value respect, modesty and inclusivity.
