Our Women’s Beginner Basketball Program is back for Year 4 in partnership with the Ottawa U Gee-Gees women’s basketball team!

Join us at the University of Ottawa’s Montpetit Hall for a fun, welcoming, and judgment-free basketball experience. Participants will learn the fundamentals of basketball through skill development, small-sided games, and scrimmages.

Whether you’re returning to the court after years away from the sport or picking up a basketball for the first time, there’s a spot for you! Participants must be 19 years or older, and no previous basketball experience is necessary.

Registration Options

This year, we’re offering two ways to participate:

Fall Sessions Only – 6 sessions | $100
Fall & Winter Sessions – 14 sessions | $200

Dates and session times are currently TBD. We are expecting the program to begin October 18th, with the full schedule to be announced once finalized.

For those who choose the Fall Sessions Only option, we plan to offer a Winter-Only registration block as we get closer to December, subject to availability.

Each session will be led by current Gee-Gees women’s varsity players and/or members of their coaching staff, providing participants with an opportunity to learn from experienced basketball players and coaches in a supportive environment.
