I am so excited to open the doors again to a new season of Biodanza classes this September in a new location.
We will meet on Tuesday evenings from 7:30–9:30 PM, starting with a Free Discovery Class.

Weekly classes will continue from September 22 to December 15, 2026, on Tuesday evenings, 7:30–9:30 PM.
You are welcome to join at any time during the series.

Pricing options:
First class (new to Biodanza): free
Introductory package (new to Biodanza): $45 (3 classes)
Drop-in: $25
Full series (12 classes): $20 per class (paid in advance - full or in 2 installments)

Hintonburg Community Centre
1064 Wellington St W, Ottawa
Parking is available on site (limited) and street parking nearby.

Please bring comfortable clothing and a water bottle. Indoor shoes or barefoot are both welcome. This is a scent-free space.

Last week was our final Biodanza class of the season, and I want to thank everyone who shared this beautiful journey with me. This first year as a Biodanza facilitator has been so meaningful, joyful, and memorable, and I’m deeply grateful for the openness, presence and connection each person brought to the space.

I’m happy to share that classes will begin again in September. I’m excitedly working out the final details, and everything will be shared very shortly -> stay tuned!
