Tonights class plan:
Kids/Youth Class 6:30-7:25 - Closed guard fundamentals and fade to guard from bottom turtle. A focus on fluid movements and proper positioning.
Adult Class 7:30-8:30 - Breaking down posture in closed guard and setting up the Kimura from Guard and introduction to hip bump movement.
