Hannah is passionate about helping people reconnect with their bodies, move with greater ease, and rediscover the joy of feeling good in their own skin.

Rooted in Chinese medicine traditions and Thai massage, Hannah’s approach is shaped by a lifelong relationship with healing through touch, movement and body awareness. Her journey has taken her from Muay Thai training in Thailand to hands-on bodywork and years of research into chronic illness and recovery.

At Root & Range, they believe your body deserves care, attention, and the opportunity to experience a greater range of movement, life and joy.

Andreana is a fun-loving free-spirit who loves to dance and to share movement with others.

She’s been on her pole dancing journey since 2012, and has changed and grown a lot since then. She feels free to be herself, especially at Embodipole, and encourages her students to do the same.

Andreana is also a women’s empowerment coach, focusing on her passion to inspire women, even outside the studio.
She believes every day is a chance for sensual enjoyment and pleasure, and all women deserve to feel this free.

A gently guided movement practice, think of it like sensual yoga, helps you connect with your beauty, your curves, and the pleasure of moving in your body.
