Get your heart rate up with a fun mix of skipping, cardio exercises and muscle toning. This full-body workout is suitable for all fitness levels.

⚔️ Kendo – Japanese Fencing
Tuesdays | 7:45–8:45 PM, Fridays | 6:45–8:45 PM
Discover the art of Japanese fencing through this dynamic, combat-oriented martial art. Using bamboo swords (shinai) and protective armour (bogu), participants will develop coordination, focus, discipline and technique in a safe, structured environment. Equipment provided.

Smiles, sunshine, and teddy bears made for a perfect day at the 10th Annual Back to School Teddy Bear Picnic! 🧸☀️

We were thrilled to be part of this community event, helping families connect with local resources while enjoying crafts, activities, delicious food, and the beloved Teddy Bear Parade. A couple weeks ago, our Lifesaving Sport athletes put their skills, speed and teamwork to the test at Telegames! 💪 From exciting challenges to plenty of encouragement, it was a great day of competition and fun.

🌿 Exploring, discovering and getting outside! 🌿

These photos capture just some of the fun and learning from our Outdoor Explorers Day Camp this summer. Thanks to a $4,956 Spring Community Grant from Community Foundation Grey Bruce, campers had even more opportunities to get outside and connect with nature.

Campers explored Grey Sauble Conservation properties, built birdhouses, tried tie-dye and used new hands-on exploration supplies, including magnifying glasses, bug-catching tools, compasses, walkie-talkies, nature books and digital microscopes.

Outdoor Explorers gives kids the opportunity to spend meaningful, screen-free time outside while building confidence, friendships, curiosity and lifelong skills. From discovering wildlife to learning new ways to explore nature, each experience helps foster a deeper connection to the outdoors. 🌱
