🏒 Paradise Minor Hockey Association is Hiring!

The Paradise Minor Hockey Association (PMHA) is currently accepting applications for the following positions for the upcoming hockey season:

Technical Directors (2 Positions)

- Provide leadership and support for player development.
- Assist with planning and implementing PMHA’s development programs.
- Work collaboratively with coaches and the Executive to enhance the player experience.

Goalie Technical Director

- Develop and oversee the association’s goaltending development program.
- Coordinate goalie clinics and provide mentorship and resources for goalies and goalie coaches.
- Work alongside Technical Directors to ensure goalies receive quality instruction.

Scheduler

- Coordinate and manage ice schedules for practices, games, and association events.
- Communicate scheduling information with teams, coaches, and volunteers.
- Work closely with Executive members to ensure efficient ice utilization.

Interested applicants are asked to submit a brief email outlining their qualifications and relevant experience.

The following is an important reminder to all members, that for the 2026-27 season, The Shift Forward: Evolving Hockey Culture is a mandatory online program required to be completed by all coaches, rostered staff & officials. As well, at least one parent per registrant must complete the Shift Forward for Parents. The Shift Foward: Evolving Hockey Culture online courses will be open to the membership July 2, 2026.

Our hearts are with the Kenny family, their friends, teammates, and the entire Southern Shore Breakers Minor Hockey community during this unimaginable time.

Through his passion, commitment, and vision, Colby has helped make Paradise Minor Hockey a better place for our players, families, coaches, and volunteers.

Paradise Minor Hockey Association would like to extend a sincere thank you to Mark Walsh and Susan Brewer for their dedication, commitment, and countless volunteer hours spent supporting our association. Your hard work behind the scenes has helped make PMHA stronger, and your contributions will have a lasting impact on our players, families, and hockey community.
