A little rain never ruined a good paddle, but safety always dictates the call.

While a passing shower rarely keeps us off the river, we constantly monitor the whole picture: sustained wind gusts, flow rates, total rainfall, and any potential for lightning.

We love our die-hard paddlers who are ready to go rain or shine, and we are always happy to get you on the water when conditions allow. However, if rising river levels, high winds, or storms threaten a safe trip, we will make the call to pause or cancel launches.

We track weather and river data all day long. If the forecast looks questionable for your upcoming trip, give us a call before heading out to check our operating status.
