Registration deadline EXTENDED for the Rough Waters Gravel Grind. Originally set for this coming September 3rd, we've set it back to Saturday September 12th.

Like any good bike ride, it all starts with delicious coffee and snacks at Two Whales Coffee Shop in Port Rexton! Check in, commiserate with your fellow riders and then hit the road.

50km (Port Union and back), 100km (Bonavista and back), and 160km (full loop with a stop in Trinity!) options available on September 12th on the Bonavista Peninsula!

Jigs & Heels registration is officially open. This year we’re moving it to Saturday August 1st, and adding some extra perks to make it super special! Finish the run with some BBQ from FEED (veggie options available) and a refreshing non-alcoholic beer from Boomstick Brewing while you enjoy live music in the park!

Options for two loops run (16k) or one loop run or hike (8k) are available.
