I got to work with a great group of kiddos today at the Baytex Summer Camp. We filled our time with aerobics, games, freeze dance, a fitness circuit, and yoga.

Everyone was tuckered out and ready for lunch by the end!

I always enjoy bringing exercise to the next generation & for them to celebrate how strong and healthy they already are! 💪
