Hey gym fam!

We’re calling on our members to help clean up the town on Wednesday, June 18 at 5:00 PM.
We have been assigned a few blocks in the upper downtown area.

📍Meet at KFC at 5:00 pm
🧤Bring gloves (unless you like mystery goo)

We’ll be out for a few hours making our streets sparkle—because strong bodies belong in strong communities!
Bonus: trash doesn’t talk back like your gym buddy does. 😅

Let’s show everyone what we’re made of (besides protein and pre-workout).

We are looking for as many members as possible to join us at the public hearing Tues., Nov. 12, 2024 at 5 pm at Town Council Chambers.

We’ve just received notice from the Town of Peace River that we are at risk of closure due to a zoning issue that has been raised with another gym in town. Unfortunately, although we’ve been in the same location since 2018, have received granting from and have been inspected by the Town, it seems the zoning issue has just been noticed.

Without support for our little gym, we are at risk of closing.

UPDATE:

Heidi @ Elemental Fitness will be holding small group training (4-8 people) in the gym Tuesdays & Thursdays :

November 5 ,7, 12, 14, 19, 21, 26 @ 5-6 pm
As well as Sat., Nov. 9 @ 11:30 am

The gym remains open during those hours for members.

Further, Heidi will be holding dryland training for a local hockey team Tuesday nights between November and the end of January 2025 @ 8-9 pm. The gym is closed to members during that hour.
