Friendly reminder we are at Ottawa valley Boxing Tuesday the 11th for our mthly sparring showcase.
Also the Dojo will be closed the 12th,13th & 14th for a little break. We are back open on the 15th for classes, as well the Buskersfest is downtown. We will have a buffet of cool fruit,veggies & much more. For friends, students, parents feel free to atop in and cool down from heat.
