Hi, I'm Lorissa, owner of Rise Above Studios. I run our beautiful studio with 8 other instructors 💜

Fifteen years ago, I opened our doors with a dream of creating a place where people could grow in confidence, make friends, and discover what they're capable of.

As a mom of two myself, I understand how the cost of everything adds up, especially in today's economy! To give back to our community, I'm excited to host a special giveaway. We're giving away two pairs of kids leggings (sizes 7/8, 10) and two registrations at 50% off!!

We have exciting news! 💜

So many changes behind the scenes have been happening at RAS!

Another new membership has been added to our booking system. There is now an available monthly payment for our kids classes. This includes 1 series + the acro class for just $100 (+taxes).

Registration is up for September. All of our classes go until end of November. This includes:

Kids Aerial Hoop - Tues. At 6pm (ages 6-8)
Kids Beginner Sling - Wed. At 5pm
Kids Acro - Thurs. At 5pm
Kids Advanced Classes Wednesdays & Fridays.

Our Friday kids classes continued through out the summer! I'm so proud of their dedication and hard work!!

This group has been with the studio a long time, they all started at a young age. Its been amazing to see them grow and some are even starting highschool this year. 🫶

To my die hards lol... We have a class or 2 left and then we start back up in September.

✨ Welcoming back Rise Above Studios for their 3rd year at Ottawa Valley Buskerfest!

Join us as they wow the crowds with incredible aerial performances all weekend long!

🎪 Friday Night – Catch them at the Amphitheatre during our Marina festivities.

🎪 Saturday – Watch them take to the streets with live aerial demonstrations in Downtown Pembroke.

From aerial hoop to pole performances, their strength, talent, and artistry are always a crowd favourite.

With the new database, there will be some upcoming changes to the studio.

We will be introducing a 3 tier membership system to serve you better. There will be more options for drop-in classes at the intro level and more variety for our existing students.
