We had two, free to the public, casting days this week. One was for anyone and the second was ladies only. The ladies only day wasn’t as well attended but they got lots of instruction. A fun time was had by all and many people that haven’t cast a flyrod before were “ole pros” by the end of the evening.
Thank you to all of the instructors and club members for coming out to help and a big thank you to the public for taking the time to come out and join us.

Had Wes Penny join us tonight for fly tying via zoom. He showed us some thread blending techniques for tying chironomids.
Thanks Wes 👍

Just had an amazing presentation at our monthly meeting on new tying threads by Wes Penny.
Wes will be with us again for fly tying next Thursday to show us how to blend those thread colors on chironomids.
Thursday March 10 at 7:00 PM, 216 Hastings Ave, Penticton.
Even if you don’t tie flies , come join us and see what it’s all about. Have some RRSPs to get rid of, nothing will get rid of them faster than learning how to tie flies.
