Stroke the dragon, a very FUN and competitive dragon boat team based out of Cowichan Bay is looking for the right person to fill our teams coaching position.
Experience with dragon boating is an asset but not necessarily a requirement. If you have a background in coaching or training and want to be a part of an amazing team, this could be a great opportunity for you!
We paddle Monday and Thursday evenings in Cowichan Bay and compete in 3-4 festivals on the island from April-September. Coaching duties include attendance to all practices, following a weekly training schedule provided, attending all festivals (travel and accommodations paid for)
