🔥 Come Dance with Ava! 🔥

We’re excited to welcome Ava as a guest instructor at our Burn It Up Intensives and maybe a lil pop-up or two 😉

Ava is a dancer, choreographer, and instructor from Lake Country, BC. This September, she will be continuing her training in Vancouver through the Harbour Dance Intensive Training Program.

With over 15 years of dance training, Ava has studied a wide range of styles, including ballet, lyrical, tap, and musical theatre, while specializing in Hip Hop, Jazz, Jazz Funk, and Contemporary. Throughout her competitive career, she has trained with renowned choreographers including Francis Aranton, Jordan Clark, Victor Lau, Christie Lee Manning, Julio Fuentes, Heather Dotto, and many others.

Ava began teaching at her home studio, Lake Country School of Dance, where she led six hip hop classes during a summer intensive, working with more than 85 dancers. Since then, she has continued teaching dancers each week and has choreographed numerous routines for dancers of all ages.

As an instructor, Ava is passionate about building strong technical foundations while inspiring confidence, musicality, performance quality, and authentic artistry. She values clean movement, a strong work ethic, and creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment where every dancer feels empowered to grow.

This week at has been a beautiful blend of acro courage and GOAT‑level confidence. The kids have been flipping, balancing, cheering each other on, and discovering what it means to feel truly great — not just in skills, but in spirit.
From acro challenges that spark bravery to GOAT Camp moments where campers lift each other up, every day has been filled with teamwork, laughter, and friendships that make camp feel like a second home. Watching them grow, support one another, and celebrate each win — big or small — has been the heart of this busy, joy‑packed week. 💛🐐✨
Here’s to greatness in every form and a community that makes it possible.

We are so proud of the dancers who came and tried things they weren’t sure about and for the dancers who continued to push themselves every second of every class…. all for the love of dance. We see you.

At Sol, we believe that recognition should be given not just to the “best”. There are plenty of spaces we can go and be compared, ranked, and judged. Sometimes we win, sometimes we lose but that does not truly define. A true home, a dance home, should be a place to feel safe and good about yourself at every step along the way because dance is a journey that is full of change. With growth, we embrace our mistakes with our successes, for there is much to learn from both. And you are going to want some people to have your back along the way as you reach for the stars ⭐️
