Three events. One Community🏆
The Throwdown Series takes athletes across Western Canada:
📍 Fraser Valley Throwdown – Richmond, BC
📍 Bow Valley Throwdown – Calgary, AB
📍 Okanagan Valley Throwdown – Penticton, BC
The Throwdown is the largest functional fitness competition in Western Canada, inviting all skill levels and ages to compete.
But it's more than three standalone events.
Athletes can now compete in a new Series Showdown (swipe to learn more) measuring themselves against competitors from across the West.
