So been a little while since posting and that will be changing... This weekend we went to kamloops trophy race. And the kid did an awesome job taking tq and 2nd place.... Qualifying he was fairly dominant taking tq 1 lap faster then everyone else except in the first round where he had troubles passing a 8scale buggy who was moved to sportsman after. The first race again winning by 1 lap..the second race his bec in his esc blew and the car refused to turn on...using mine turned down he was on his way to another 1 lap win Till he got to aggressive on the last lap making 3 bobbles cost him the win and second place...the 3rd race we had a new speed control in his car and didnt have the speed set for him correctly and he had troubles with a little bit to much power for him to control. Thanks to and always a good race.

After a awsome and fun wors in coquitlam its time for maintenance on the 4 mod....so key lessons to take from trophy racing as a newbie..

1- you can get just as much time on the track practicing with 1 car as you can racing 3 classes

2- know your cars racing, fixing when you should be practicing is not how to get better

3-know when to drop a class and stick to your limitations...racing should be fun not exhausting

4-dont be afraid to ask everyone is willing to help even if they dont seem like it

5-dont be afraid to help where you can it comes back when you need it

6-its a toy car

As for this xb4...time for boost and the big track......gonna need me some a-arms hahaha
